Utilization of the value-added service of trained personnel, in their capacity as change engines, will result in an enhanced quality of life for a large portion of the population.
PCHRD uses training and development to identify, assure, and help develop the key competencies that enable individuals to perform current or future jobs.
PCHRD uses organization development as a focus for assuring healthy inter-and intra-unit relationship and helping groups initiate and manage change by facilitating individuals and groups to effectively impact on the organization as a system.
PCHRD carries out activities and tasks related to training, education, civil society and democracy training, environment, conference management and translation. Pchrd also provides consultancy service based on research and academic studies as a means to engrave human values in the mentality and behavior of the local community.
